Bookkeeper

Hartwell Insurance is looking for an experienced and adaptable Bookkeeper to support our Director of Operations in managing key financial and administrative functions of the business.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working remotely, managing multiple responsibilities, and contributing to a growing, dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

​

  • Managing premium invoicing and collections

  • Assisting with financial record keeping and bookkeeping tasks

  • Supporting document production and reporting

  • Maintaining organized filing and administrative systems

  • Providing general administrative support to the Director of Operations

The Role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications
